1. Account and acceptance

By using Nexora you agree to these terms and the Privacy and Refund Policies. Keep account access secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD at the price shown before payment. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless Nexora expressly allows it, and are deducted only after a supported operation succeeds. Dodo Payments processes payments under its own terms. The checkout page shows the final charge before confirmation; taxes, currency conversion or payment-method charges may apply where required.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Nexora to break the law, harm others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, bypass limits, interfere with security, impersonate others, or generate prohibited or deceptive material.

4. User content and generated output

You retain rights you hold in submitted content and authorize Nexora and required providers to process it to deliver the service. You are responsible for reviewing generated output for accuracy, rights and suitability. AI output can contain errors and must not be treated as guaranteed professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

5. Travel information

Nexora Travel provides planning assistance and current-source research, not a visa, immigration, medical or boarding decision. Entry, transit, passport, health, customs, airline, currency and safety rules can change without notice. You must confirm critical requirements with the airline and the relevant official authority before booking and again before departure.

6. Availability and changes

Features, credit costs and limits may change as services improve. Paid package prices will not change after a completed purchase. Nexora may suspend access for security, abuse, maintenance or legal reasons.

7. Responsibility

Nexora is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that every output will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing rules and contact

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Questions or disputes should first be submitted through Contact & Support so they can be reviewed promptly.

باستخدام Nexora فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية والاسترداد. حافظ على أمان حسابك وقدم معلومات صحيحة، وأنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم عبر حسابك.

2. الرصيد والدفع

باقات الرصيد مشتريات لمرة واحدة بالدولار وفق السعر المعروض قبل الدفع. لا يمثل الرصيد قيمة نقدية ولا يُنقل إلا إذا سمحت Nexora بذلك صراحة، ولا يُخصم إلا بعد نجاح العملية المدعومة. تعالج Dodo Payments المدفوعات وفق شروطها الخاصة. تعرض صفحة الدفع المبلغ النهائي قبل التأكيد، وقد تُطبق ضرائب أو رسوم تحويل عملة أو رسوم وسيلة الدفع عند اللزوم.

3. الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع استخدام Nexora لمخالفة القانون أو الإضرار بالآخرين أو انتهاك الخصوصية أو الملكية الفكرية أو نشر البرمجيات الضارة أو تجاوز الحدود أو تعطيل الأمان أو انتحال الهوية أو إنشاء محتوى محظور أو مضلل.

4. محتوى المستخدم والنتائج

تحتفظ بحقوقك في المحتوى المرسل وتمنح Nexora ومزوديها اللازمين إذن معالجته لتنفيذ الخدمة. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة دقة النتائج وحقوق استخدامها وملاءمتها. قد تحتوي نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي على أخطاء ولا تُعد ضمانًا أو استشارة طبية أو قانونية أو مالية مهنية.

5. معلومات السفر

تقدم Nexora Travel مساعدة في التخطيط وبحثًا من مصادر حالية، ولا تصدر قرار تأشيرة أو هجرة أو صحة أو صعود للطائرة. قد تتغير متطلبات الدخول والترانزيت والجواز والصحة والجمارك وشركة الطيران والعملات والأمان دون إشعار. يجب تأكيد المتطلبات المهمة مع شركة الطيران والجهة الرسمية المختصة قبل الحجز ومرة أخرى قبل المغادرة.

6. التوفر والتعديلات

قد تتغير الخصائص وتكاليف الرصيد والحدود مع تطوير الخدمات. لا يتغير سعر الباقة بعد اكتمال شرائها. قد تعلق Nexora الوصول لأسباب الأمان أو إساءة الاستخدام أو الصيانة أو المتطلبات القانونية.

7. المسؤولية

تُقدم Nexora بعناية معقولة دون ضمان خلو كل نتيجة من الخطأ أو استمرار الخدمة دون انقطاع. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي حقوق أو مسؤوليات لا يسمح القانون باستبعادها.

8. القواعد الحاكمة والتواصل

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في مملكة البحرين. تُرسل الأسئلة أو النزاعات أولًا عبر صفحة التواصل والدعم لمراجعتها بسرعة.
